AI & Agent Assurance
AI Agent Access Review
AI agents have quietly become some of the most privileged identities in the enterprise. We find every one, establish who owns it and what it can reach, and tell you plainly which access should not exist.
The challenge
Your access reviews were designed for people. Your agents were never in scope.
Agents authenticate with service accounts, API keys and delegated OAuth tokens. They are created by product teams, platform teams and increasingly by the agents themselves. Few of them appear in your joiner–mover–leaver process, and fewer still have an owner who could explain what they are allowed to do.
That matters because an agent inherits the blast radius of its credentials. An assistant with read access to a shared drive and send rights on a mailbox is, in effect, a privileged user that reasons, acts at machine speed and can be manipulated through the content it reads.
The review answers three questions your board will eventually ask: what agents do we have, who is accountable for each, and can we prove their access is appropriate?
What you get
Outcomes, not reports.
- 01
A complete inventory
Every agent, copilot integration, service account, API key and OAuth grant acting on your behalf — mapped to a named business and technical owner.
- 02
Privilege you can defend
Effective permissions compared with what each agent actually needs, with toxic combinations and standing privilege flagged for removal.
- 03
Delegation made explicit
A clear view of which agents act on a human’s behalf, under whose authority, and whether that delegation is bounded in scope and time.
- 04
Evidence for the board and auditors
A concise findings report and remediation plan that stands up to audit, with quick wins separated from structural change.
How we work
Senior-led from scoping to sign-off.
-
Discover
We enumerate agents and non-human identities across identity providers, cloud platforms, SaaS, CI/CD and AI platforms — including the ones no one registered.
-
Attribute
Each identity is tied to an owner, a purpose and a data classification. Orphans and shared credentials surface quickly.
-
Analyse
We compare granted with required privilege, trace delegation chains and test whether activity is logged in a form your SOC can use.
-
Prioritise
Findings are ranked by blast radius and exploitability, then turned into a remediation roadmap your identity team can execute.
Deliverables
- Agent and non-human identity inventory with ownership
- Effective-privilege and delegation analysis
- Prioritised findings report with risk ratings
- Remediation roadmap, separating quick wins from structural fixes
- Executive summary suitable for the audit or risk committee
Who it’s for
- CISOs and heads of identity who suspect agent and service-account sprawl has outrun their access governance
- Organisations moving agents from pilot to production and needing a clean baseline first
- Audit committees asking how non-human access is reviewed and evidenced
- Regulated firms preparing for supervisory questions on AI and operational resilience

Questions
Frequently asked.
Do you need administrative access to our systems?
We work primarily from read-only exports and configuration data provided by your teams, and agree the scope and access model before any work starts. We do not need standing privileged access.
Which platforms do you cover?
The review is platform-agnostic. It typically spans your identity provider, major cloud platforms, key SaaS applications, CI/CD pipelines and the AI platforms and agent frameworks you use. We agree the in-scope estate up front.
How is this different from a standard access review?
Standard reviews certify human entitlements. This review focuses on identities that act autonomously or on delegated authority — where ownership, scope and audit are usually weakest.
